大学生的心理健康问题是国家、高校乃至社会各界人士持续关注的热点话题。 扩展当前心理健康服务体系,是满足学生的心理健康服务需求的关键。在线朋辈 心理辅导作为一种新兴形式的心理健康服务,具有填补当前需求空白的潜力。然 而,对于其如何起效,以及如何培养合格的朋辈助人者,仍需进一步研究和探讨。 本研究围绕在线朋辈心理辅导中助人者言语反应类型进行深入探索。通过对 19 份在线朋辈心理辅导的过程文本进行分析,探索以下三个问题:(1)在线朋辈 心理辅导的过程中,助人者使用了哪些言语反应类型?(2)在线朋辈心理辅导 中助人者的言语反应类型使用情况如何,有何特点?(3)有效辅导和无效辅导 中助人者的言语反应类型使用情况如何,有何特点和差异? 使用类属分析对过程文本进行分析,得出以下结果: 1. 在线朋辈心理辅导中助人者使用的言语反应类型有 6 种,具体为关系性 反应、设置性反应、倾听性反应、探索性反应、跟进性反应和影响性反应,其中 包含了 27 项言语反应。 2. 在线朋辈心理辅导中助人者使用较多的言语反应类型是倾听性反应和影 响性反应,使用较少的言语反应类型是设置性反应和跟进性反应。助人者使用较 多的言语反应是自我表露、认可、内容反映、探索想法、建议和提供信息,使用 较少的言语反应是引导、设限、情感反映和探索感受。 3. 在线朋辈心理辅导中辅导效果显著的助人者较于辅导效果不显著的助人 者使用了更多的关系性反应和倾听性反应,而辅导效果不显著的助人者使用了更 多的影响性反应。有效组和无效组中设置性反应、倾听性反应、探索性反应和跟 进性反应的所占比例接近。有效组自我表露和内容反映所占比例高于无效组,而 无效组挑战、指导的所占比例则高于有效组。 总之,本研究表明,在线朋辈心理辅导中,朋辈助人者使用的言语反应类型 具有其特点,言语反应的恰当使用可以促进辅导效果。 |

The mental health of college students is a topic of continuous concern for the nation, higher education institutions, and all sectors of society. Expanding the current mental health service system is key to meeting the psychological health service needs of students. Online peer mental health support, as a new form of mental health service, has the potential to fill existing service gaps. However, further research is needed on how it is effective and how to train qualified peer supporters. This study attempts to provide some thoughts and contributions to the above questions by exploring the types of verbal responses used by supporters in online peer support. The study analyzes the process texts of 19 online peer support sessions, exploring the following three questions: (1) What types of verbal responses are used by supporters during online peer counseling? (2) What are the characteristics and usage patterns of the verbal response modes used by supporters in online peer counseling? (3) How do the verbal response modes used by supporters differ between effective and ineffective support, and what are their characteristics and differences? Using category analysis to analyze the process texts, the following results were obtained: 1.There are six types of verbal responses used by supporters in online peer support, specifically relational responses, setting responses, listening responses, exploratory responses, follow-up responses, and influential responses, which include 27 verbal responses. 2. The most frequently used verbal response types in online peer counseling are listening and influential responses, while the least used are setting and follow-up responses. The most frequently used verbal responses are self-disclosure, acknowledgment, content reflection, exploring ideas, suggestions, and providing information, while the least used are guiding, setting limits, emotional reflection, and exploring feelings. 3.Supporters in online peer support who had significant support effects used more relational responses and listening responses compared to those whose support effects were not significant, who used more influential responses. The proportions of setting responses, listening responses, exploratory responses, and follow-up responses are similar between the effective and ineffective groups. The effective group had a higher proportion of self-disclosure and content reflection than the ineffective group, while the ineffective group had a higher proportion of challenges and guidance. In conclusion, this study shows that the types of verbal responses used by helpers in online peer support significantly have their unique characteristics, and the appropriate use of verbal responses can enhance outcomes. |
