现实生活中,许多决策是由有领导的团队做出的。在本文中,我们采用实验室实验的办法比较了无领导团队和有领导团队在制定决策上的差异。本实验中的领导可以决定何时终止团队决策过程,并在团队决策提议不一致时拥有最终团队决策权。实验证据表明,两类团队在团队决策时间和团队决策上并不存在显著差异。在有领导的团队中,领导个人决策的改变以及团队决策提议和个人决策之间的差异都与无领导团队中的组员无显著差异。但是非领导组员更容易被说服改变自己的个人决策,且会变得更加不合作。

In real life, many decisions are made by groups with a leader. In this study, we compare decision-making in groups with and without a leader using a laboratory experiment. In our experiment, leaders can decide when to terminate the group discussion and decide the final group decision when the group members can’t reach a consensus. Experimental evidence shows that there is no significant difference of the group decision-making time or group decision between the two types of groups. In groups with a leader, leaders’ individual decisions’ changes and differences between the group decision proposals and individual decisions are not significantly different from those of members in groups without a leader. But for the followers (non-leader members), they are persuaded more to change their individual decisions, and these changes are more towards the non-cooperative direction.
