本研究以探究混合学习模式下大学本科生在线学习力发展现状、学业自我效能感与学习投入发展现状与三者间潜在的影响关系为首要目标,通过文献综述与分析,总结已有的特别的针对大学生群体的关于混合学习、在线学习力、自我效能感与学习投入相关研究的整体现状。而后基于问卷量表收集的被试数据与半结构化访谈研究结果梳理出在线学习力、学业自我效能感、学习投入三者间可能存在的相互作用机制。在定量与定性研究结果的支撑下,经讨论发现在直接效应模型中的在线学习的顺应力、反省力、互惠力,间接效应模型中在线学习的顺应力、策应力、反省力是影响学习者混合学习模式下学习质量的核心能力特质。这些方面的能力特质较强较高的学习者往往能够对自身的学习能力与行为有着明晰的认知与把握,促进他们有效地化解突变的学习环境带来的压力与挑战,充分利用新的学习模式的优势辅助当下的学习,改善自身的学习行为与能力,提高学习的效率与质量。最终据此提出了提升混合学习模式下大学生学习质量与人才培养质量的针对性建议与策略。 |

This study aims to investigate the development of online learning power, academic self-efficacy, and learning engagement of undergraduate students in a blended learning model and the potential relationships among them. Then, based on the data collected by the questionnaire and the results of the semi-structured interviews, the possible mechanisms of interaction among online learning power, academic self-efficacy, and learning engagement were sorted out. Supported by the quantitative and qualitative research results, the discussion revealed that online learning's compliance, reflexivity, and reciprocity in the direct-effect model and online learning's compliance, curiosity, and reflexivity in the indirect-effect model are the core competency traits that affect the quality of learners' learning in the blended learning mode. Learners with stronger and higher competencies in these areas tend to have a clear understanding and grasp of their own learning abilities and behaviors, which facilitates them to effectively cope with the pressure and challenges brought by the sudden change of learning environment, make full use of the advantages of the new learning mode to assist their current learning, improve their own learning behaviors and abilities, and enhance the efficiency and quality of learning. Finally, we propose targeted suggestions and strategies to improve the quality of learning and talent cultivation of college students in the blended learning mode. |
