高等教育发展过程中质量问题备受关注,对教学质量的监控成为追求质量的必然要求,学生评教作为监督和监控教学的重要手段进入了高等教育研究领域。实施学生评教的目的在于改善教学,提高教学质量。我国学生评教工作开展较晚,“拿来主义”和“形式主义”是学生评教工作被人诟病的主要原因。为此,本研究选取学生评教作为研究视角,对国内学生评教工作开展较早、组织实施较完善的A大学学生评教工作进行研究。在了解其学生评教组织实施的基础上,通过对A大学近十年公布的评教结果的分析,发现评教在改善教学过程中流于形式缺乏实效,学生评教得分总体趋势稳中有升,但学生评教最低分得分项目并没有得到改善,学生评教中反映的问题在教师自评中并没有得到高度重视。进一步通过对教师、学生和行政人员的访谈收集资料,聚焦A大学学生评教在改善教学过程中存在的问题,结合文献研究以及A大学的实际情况分析,学生被动参与评教、评教组织实施太笼统、不重视评教结果使用等主要问题背后的原因,这些原因归结起来是大学体制机制内部的问题,高校行政权力的扩张,重科研轻教学的考核评价体系,评价中重奖惩性功能忽视形成性评价作用的发挥。在此基础上,从提高评教三方积极性建立完善的评教体系、有效处理和使用评教结果两个方面提出如何更好发挥A大学学生评教在改善教学工作中的建议。提高学生评教工作实效,更好的改善教学质量,使得A大学学生评教工作稳步良好的推进与发展。

Much attention has been paid to the quality in the process of the development of high education, students’ evaluation of teaching was an important component of teaching evaluation which had an effective means to reform college teaching in the study field of high education. The goal of students’ evaluation of teaching was to improve teaching quality. Students’ evaluation of teaching in our country had a short history, the main cause of blame in currently students’ evaluation of teaching was that ‘follow the experience of foreign country’ and ‘formalism’. Therefore, this study based on the view of students’ evaluation of teaching, selected university A which was the earliest college carried out research of students’ evaluation of teaching. In the understanding of the organization about students’ evaluation of teaching, based on the analysis of university A’s evaluation results in nearly ten years, the results showed that formal assessment in improving the teaching process lacked of actual effect, the scores of students’ evaluation of teaching in all was stable, but the lowest points in the index of evaluation had not been improved. The problem reflect by student’s evaluation of teaching has not been attached great attention in teachers’ self-evaluation. Further through some interviews with teachers students and the administrators of university A, focusing on the problem of students’ evaluation in the improvement of teaching, combined with the literature research and the organization of college A, analysis the reason of the student implementation participate evaluation passively, the organization of students’ evaluation is to general, pay no attention to the result of students’ evaluation of teaching. This phenomenon can be attributed to the internal management system in high education. By the background of the expansion with administrative right which pay attention to the function of summative evaluation. On this basis, to investigate how to improve the enthusiasm of different subject,how to establish perfection students’ evaluation of teaching system,how to use the result effective. From these aspects to study more measures so that can be good to the development of university A.
