本报告基于《图解人工智能》翻译项目，旨在探究青少年科普读物英汉翻译的策略。笔者以翻译目的论为理论依据分析目标读者及源文本，运用个案研究法剖析具体的翻译案例，详细地描述翻译思路、方法。首先分析目标读者的汉语阅读能力及阅读心理特征。其次阐述源文本的语言特点，总结该项目两个方面的翻译难点：（1）词汇层面，包括专业术语、人名；（2）图文并茂的表现形式。最后，在翻译实践的基础上，针对具体的翻译难点提出相应的翻译策略，包括术语查证、移译等，并辅以实例说明，希望能对同类文本的译者有借鉴作用。

Based on the English-Chinese translation of Introducing Artificial Intelligence: A Graphic Guide, the report attempts to explore the translation strategies of popular science readings intended for teenagers. The author analyzes the target reader and the source text on the basis of Skopos Theory, and analyzes examples with the case study method, and presents translation thought and methods. First, the author analyzes Chinese reading ability and reading psychology of the target reader. Second, the author analyzes the linguistic characteristics of the source text, and summarizes the translation difficulties of the project in two aspects: (1) words, including technical terms and proper nouns; (2) combination of graphics and texts. Third, based on translation practices, the author proposes corresponding translation strategies for specific translation difficulties, including terminology verification, transference, etc., and analyzes specific examples, aiming to provide some reference for translators of such texts.
