本文使用永续盘存法(Perpetual Inventory Method,PIM),通过投资品平均寿命使用年限和各类资本品所占比重得到投资品相对效率下降率,运用增长率法求得期初资本存量,对中国2000年至2019年省际生产性资本存量进行估算,并从时间和空间的角度分析了估算结果。发现中国近期生产性资本存量稳中增长,全国生产性资本存量自西向东成阶梯式分布。沿海地区生产性资本存量最高,其次是中部地区,西部地区生产性资本存量最少。同时,本文使用美国商务部经济分析局(Bureau of Economic Analysis,BEA)的方法,对中国2000年至2019年省际研究与试验发展(Research and Development,R&D)生产性资本存量进行估算。从知识产权产品的角度观察省际生产性资本存量的情况。结果发现,中国科技创新水平在不断进步,北京、上海、广州、江苏等东部沿海地区和直辖市的科技创新发展水平较为领先。本文的研究结果对中国生产性资本存量分布状态和经济发展形式的观察起到了积极的作用。为中国经济建设提供了一定的建议。

In this paper, the Perpetual Inventory Method (PIM) is used to obtain the relative efficiency decline rate of the investment goods through the average service life of the investment goods and the proportion of all kinds of capital goods. The growth rate Method is used to obtain the initial capital stock. This paper estimates China's provincial productive capital stock from 2000 to 2019, and analyzes the estimated results from the perspective of time and space. It is found that the productive capital stock in China is growing steadily in recent years, and the national productive capital stock is distributed step by step from west to east. Coastal regions have the highest productive capital stock, followed by central regions, and western regions have the lowest productive capital stock. At the same time, this paper uses the methods of the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) of the US Department of Commerce to estimate the productive capital stock of China's provincial Research and Development (R&D) from 2000 to 2019. To observe the situation of provincial productive capital stock from the perspective of intellectual property products. The results show that the level of scientific and technological innovation in China is progressing continuously, and the eastern coastal regions and municipalities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Jiangsu are relatively leading in the development of scientific and technological innovation. The results of this paper play a positive role in the observation of the distribution of productive capital stock and the form of economic development in China. It provides some suggestions for China's economic construction.
