小学思想品德教育主要以品德与生活、品德与社会这两门课程为载体对学生开展教育活动,旨在以正确的价值观引导学生更好地适应学校生活,形成良好的道德和行为习惯。然而,在现实的教学过程中,这一学科并未能引起学校的足够重视,致使其教育功能及学科魅力大大减弱。本文主要从生态教育的角度出发,运用观察法和访谈法对北京M小学进行调查研究了解其现状,并分析造成这一现状的内在原因和深层机制,在此基础上运用生态教育的相关理论对于师生关系的建设、生态课程的设置、教师生态素养的培养等方面提出意见和建议,致力于改善小学思想品德教育的现状,并为其发展提供参考。

The ideological and moral education of primary school mainly depends on morality and life, morality and society these two courses for students to engage in educational activities, which aim at guiding students with correct values to better adapt to school life, and the formation of good moral behavior. However, in the current process of teaching, the discipline failed to attract enough attention, resulting in its educational function and discipline charm greatly reduced. In this paper, starting from the perspective of ecological education and the use of observations and interviews in Beijing M primary school, I conducted researches to understand their present situation, and to analyze the underlying reasons for this situation and the deep mechanisms. Based on these researches, this paper prepares to give some suggestions on the basis of using relevant theories about ecological education for teacher-student relationship-building, setting ecology curriculum, teacher training and so on, hoping to improve the status of primary education, and to provide a reference for its development.
