新的时代背景下，青少年的政治价值观发生了许多新的变化。团员意识在政治价值观的指导作用下，也随之改变，产生许多新的问题和矛盾。因此，对高中生团员意识现状及问题的关注具有现实性和必要性。 本研究通过分析、借鉴国内关于团员意识的研究，设计了团员意识双向维度调查问卷，采用问卷法和访谈法，对北京四所高中的团员学生进行了调查研究，得出以下结论：现阶段北京高中生团员意识表现出如下特征： 首先，从团员意识的心理特征上看，在兴趣方面，高中生对党团相关内容有兴趣，但不容乐观。在动机方面，荣誉感和个人目的成为入团的主导动机。在认知方面，学生对党团的了解浮于基本内容，不够深入；学生信仰多元，但对党团的信念积极向上；入团的意义感和模范作用尚待加强。在党团情感方面，学生对团组织的自豪感有余，归属感不强。在行为意向方面，团员欲加入政党的选择不一；组织生活的规范性行为意向总体良好；趋向于兼顾个人利益和集体利益的行为选择；模范行为意向的选择受到利益需求的影响。 其次，从团员意识的性质特征上看，团员的政治意识处于较高水平，组织意识处于中等水平，模范意识处于中等偏上水平。 另外，本研究调查发现，对青少年团员意识影响较大的因素主要是团员自身的思想政治和道德素质、团员教育和组织活动以及社会经济、文化和道德风貌等。 针对上述结果，本研究从积极引导学生主流价值观和优化共青团工作两方面提出了建议。

The idea of political value of the youth has changed as the development of society. New problems about consciousness of communist Youth League member have arised under the influence of the political value’s idea.Therefore,it has necessity to give attention to high school students’ consciousness of communist Youth League members. By analyzing the consciousness on communist Youth League members of the national research and referencing to the relevant questionnaire , bi-directional dimension communist Youth League members awareness of the questionnaire was designed.In this study ,questionnaire and interviews are adopted. After surveying four high schools in Beijing, the conclusions are presented as follows: First, from the perspective of the psychological feature, the high school students are interested in the relevant content about the communist Youth League, but which is not optimistic. In the motivation, sense of honor and personal goals become the dominant motive to join the League. Perspectives on the issues, the understending to the League of the students are basic ,which is not deep enough.Their belief is diversity, but the belief for the party and the League is positive. The sense of the significance to join the League and exemplary vanguard role are still to be strengthened. In the espect of emotion, the students feel a lot of sense of pride,but the sense of belonging is not so strong. In the behavioral intention, the choices that want to join a political party are different.The norms of organizational life intent is generally good.They tend to balance individual interests and collective interests.The interests affect the model behaviour. Second, in the aspect of character of the political groups, the level of political awareness among members in general is high, while the majority of the organization awareness is at a intermediate level.The exemplary sense are distributed in the level above medium. In addition,it surveies the factors what young people think influence their consciousness of the League.The main factors are the ideological and political self-cultivation, the education of League members and organize activities, socio-economic, cultural, and moral outlook ,etc. In response to the results above,the recommendation that orientating students towards the dominant value systems and optimizing the work of the communist Youth League is made.
