现场报道的出现，在传播中具有极其重要的意义，它极大地增强了新闻报道的真实性和可信度。自从现场报道这种形式出现后，电视媒体对社会新闻采用这种报道方式播报的节目随即激增。由新闻记者直接进入画面作镜头前的现场播报的电视新闻报道方式，充分发挥了电视传播所独有的优势。然而任何一种新闻报道作为一种主观活动总具有主观性和倾向性，电视社会新闻也不例外。虽然现场报道已经被广泛应用到电视新闻报道之中，从它的兴起到发展也已然有许多年的历史，但纵观目前我国的电视新闻栏目现状，不难发现，现场报道还存在一些问题和不完善之处。对于现场报道领域的新闻记者，也要求具备比一般新闻记者更高的水准。进行现场报道的记者必须有驾驭全局的能力，能够及时把握机会，准确捕捉、处理信息，同一时间做出反应，快、准、稳地播报新闻。新闻记者对事件的报道角度、态度的不同，将直接影响新闻报道角度的不同。因此，新闻记者在现场报道中具有极其重要的作用。现场报道是一种新闻报道形式，而形式始终都是为内容服务的。不久的将来，现在这种对新闻现场的单一形式的报道一定不能满足观众们的需要。为了使新闻内容更加全面，更加立体的呈现在广大观众面前，现场报道在现有基础之上必定还会有所发展。本文作者将以个案分析与理论探讨相结合的方式，在梳理电视社会新闻和现场报道相关知识的基础上，对现场报道起决定性作用的几大核心要素进行系统的分析，对新闻记者的重要性和从业标准作出详细论述，总结出在原有因素基础上提升现场感的三大要素。通过对当下电视社会新闻的现场报道中所呈现的误区进行剖析，进而判断未来现场报道在电视社会新闻中广泛应用的几个关键点。全文共分为四个部分：第一章以电视社会新闻的定义、属性和现场报道的内涵为研究基础，论述现场报道在新闻传播中的重要意义，以及现场报道在电视媒体报道地震灾害时的优势体现。第二章着眼于现场报道的灵魂人物——新闻记者，通过对新闻记者具体工作与职业素养进行理性分析，指明现场报道记者不同与一般新闻记者的独特性。第三章着眼于构成现场感的几大核心要素，剖析适用现场报道的新闻题材抓住现场报道的落脚点，论述如何更好地提升现场感。第四章针对于目前电视社会新闻的现场报道中出现的一些问题，探讨其解决策略，进而判断电视社会新闻现场报道的发展趋势。

The advent of the live broadcast is vital in the information dissemination. It has greatly enhanced the authenticity and credibility of news reports. Since the live broadcast emerged, more and more news are reported through television. Live reporting with journalists in front of the camera exerts the unique advantage of the TV media. However, as a subjective activity, any kind of reportage is subjective and tendentious, so does the TV media. Although the live reporting has been widely applied in television news, it has been years from its rise to the development. When we look at the current situation of the television news program in China, it is not difficult to find out that there are still some problems and the live broadcast is immature. The journalists from the live reporting field need the higher level reporting skills than other journalists. In order to broadcast news fast, accurately and stable, the on-the-spot reporters must have the ability to manage the overall situation and grasp the opportunity to catch and process information precisely, and be able to respond to the concurrent situation. The different angles and attitudes of the journalists on the reporting incident will directly affect the perspective of the news reporting. Therefore, journalists play an important role in the live broadcast. As a form of news reporting, live reporting is also honest to the facts. In future, it’s certainly that the present simplex reporting will not be able to satisfy the audience. In order to report more comprehensive and precise contents to audience, the live broadcast must develop to a higher level.In this paper, the author of this article will combine case studies with theoretical discussion. Analyze the elements, which play decisive roles on the live report, on the basis of knowledge of television news and live community, elaborate on the importance of journalists and the standards of this job, conclude three elements, which can help to increase the sense of live to the current reporting. Through the analysis on the current mistakes in television news spot report, the author identifies several key points, which will be widely used in television news. The whole paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter I bases on the definition of television news, and the content of live, describes the important significances of live in the distribution of news, and the advantages of live reports on television at the time of earthquake disaster.Chapter II focuses on the soul of live - journalists, to point out the particularity of live journalists by analysis rationally the jobs and the professional qualities of the journalists.Chapter III focuses on the core and essential factor which compose the live feeling, analysis the subject which can be applied to any live reports, and find out the point of the live broadcast, describes how to better enhance the sense of live. The fourth chapter explores the possibilities of solving the problem, which is in the current live reports about social news on television, and makes a judgment about the trends of social news which is covered live by TV.
