北京市足球特色幼儿园试点工作经过三年的深入开展,已经遴选出两百多所足球特色幼儿园,并且数量还在逐年递增。然而,随着足球特色幼儿园规模的扩张,场地空间不足、师资短缺等新的问题也不断涌现,限制了其进一步发展。如何采取科学的发展战略,走好“足球特色”道路,促进北京市足球特色幼儿园健康可持续发展是值得探究的重要课题。

本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、SWOT分析法、德尔菲法、层次分析法等方法,厘清北京市足球特色幼儿园发展的主要优势、劣势、机会和威胁,探究其最优发展战略,为推动北京市足球特色幼儿园的发展提供实践参考。研究结论如下: (1)北京市足球特色幼儿园具有幼儿体育教育资源丰富、家长支持程度高等优势,但也存在着园内足球场地缺乏、专业师资力量短缺等劣势;此外,北京市足球特色幼儿园拥有国家政策对幼儿足球的大力支持、社会组织助力幼儿足球发展等机会,同时还存在着幼儿足球安全问题的制约、专项资金保障不足等威胁。 (2)各组SWOT指标的综合权重最大值分别为:S1幼儿体育教育资源丰富、W1园内足球场地缺乏、O1国家政策对幼儿足球的大力支持和T2专项资金保障不足。 (3)北京市足球特色幼儿园应优先选取S-O开拓型发展战略,即发挥自身优势并抓住机遇来促进发展的战略。具体而言,借助北京市底蕴深厚的学前教育和体育教育等高等教育力量,联合培养幼儿足球教师专业人才,加强对北京市足球特色幼儿园发展问题的研究。加强与足球培训机构的合作,通过购买课程,借助其场地与师资开展足球教学。加强与“北京市校园足球协会”等社会组织的联系,依靠社会组织的技术与人才优势开发足球游戏课程,学习教学经验,培养专业师资。发挥幼儿园家长委员会的作用,邀请家长参与足球等多种游戏活动,建立良好的家校关系,统筹运用多方资源。 |

After three years of in-depth development of the pilot work of Beijing Football characteristic kindergartens, more than 200 football characteristic kindergartens have been selected, and the number is increasing year by year. With the continuous expansion of the scale, the number of educated children is gradually increasing. The requirements for the quality of their education are also constantly improving. Taking the development path of "football characteristics" and adopting scientific development strategy can not only improve the quality of early childhood education; And be able to do a good job in the pilot work; It plays an exemplary role in the development of football in kindergartens in Beijing. This study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, SWOT analysis, Delphi and analytic hierarchy process to clarify the main advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of football characteristic kindergartens in Beijing. Explore its optimal development strategy. To provide practical reference for children's football education. The research conclusions are as follows:

(1)Beijing Football characteristic kindergarten has the main advantages of abundant resources in children's physical education , high degree of parental support and prosperity and development of children's football training institutions, but it also has the disadvantages of lack of football venues in the park, shortage of professional teachers, insufficient development of football games and low attention to football culture construction. In addition, Beijing Football characteristic kindergarten has opportunities such as strong support of national policies for children's football, social organizations help children's football development and strong football cultural atmosphere in Beijing. At the same time, there are also threats such as restriction of children's football safety, insufficient guarantee of special funds, specialization tendency of children's football education, lack of effective connection with primary school football education. (2)The comprehensive weight value of each index is ranked as: S1 children's physical education resources are rich > S2 parents' support is high > S3 children's football training institutions are prosperous and developed; Lack of football venues in W1 Park > insufficient development of W3 Football Games > shortage of professional teachers in W2 > low attention to the construction of W4 football culture; O1 strong support of national policies for children's football > O2 social organizations help children's Football Development > O3 strong football cultural atmosphere in Beijing; Insufficient guarantee of T2 special fund > lack of effective connection between T4 and primary school football education > specialization tendency of T3 children's football education > restriction of T1 children's football safety. (3)Beijing Football characteristic kindergarten should give priority to the S-O pioneering development strategy, that is, the strategy of giving full play to its own advantages and seizing opportunities to promote development. Specifically, with the help of Beijing's profound pre-school education, physical education and other higher education forces, jointly cultivate professional talents of preschool football teachers, and strengthen the research on the development of Beijing Football characteristic kindergartens. Strengthen cooperation with football training institutions and carry out football teaching with the help of their venues and teachers by purchasing courses. Strengthen the contact with "Beijing Campus Football Association" and other social organizations, and rely on the technical and talent advantages of social organizations to develop game courses, learn teaching experience and cultivate professional teachers. Play the role of kindergarten parent committee, invite parents to participate in football and other game activities, narrow the relationship with parents, and make overall use of various resources. |
