本研究的研究目标是通过调研求职者在职业生涯早期面临的职业困扰,洞察求职者对职业探索的需求,并由此设计一款线上职业咨询产品,帮助求职者更方便地获得职业探索所需的真实信息,从而进行有效的自我认知和环境探索,解决其职业相关困扰,获得满意的职业生涯。

本研究从研究背景出发,结合职业生涯探索的社会背景和理论背景,针对目前就业难以及就业流失率高的社会背景分析其原因,并将以上职业问题的原因定位于目前求职者缺乏职业规划。之后通过文献综述,梳理相关职业生涯理论,发现要解决职业规划问题,关键要抓住职业探索阶段进行重点干预,并且要通过对职业早期生涯全流程存在的职业困扰和需求进行分析。经文献调研发现,职业探索的重要影响因素为社会支持,故对现存产品进行调研,发现可以通过线上职业咨询帮助求职者获得职业探索所需信息。

于是在问题提出阶段,针对研究目标,提出了四个研究问题。针对问题一“求职者目前是如何进行职业探索的”“主要分为哪些阶段”,主要通过基于职业探索现状探究的焦点小组访谈得到用户在职业发展中的阶段划分以及各阶段中大致的痛点,并由此设计深度访谈提纲。针对问题二“求职者目前在职业探索中的痛点和需求有哪些”“期待如何解决以上问题”展开基于职业困扰及需求的深度访谈,并通过对两个访谈阶段的文本进行三级编码,得到用户初步的痛点及产品需求,并由此制定问卷大纲。针对问题三“如何对用户痛点和产品需求进行优先级验证”,通过问卷调研对访谈得到结论进行验证,由此得出产品需求优先级。在研究结果转化阶段,针对“如何进行需求转化产品设计?”通过C-Box等方法的亲和聚类,绘制用户画像及用户旅程图定义产品功能,得到线上职业咨询产品设计准则。然后在产品设计阶段,通过用户体验五要素分别从各层级对产品进行了概念设计、信息架构设计、原型设计,并产出产品的任务流,对功能进行详细讲解。在可用性测试阶段,针对问题四“如何验证所产出的产品方案对职业探索有帮助,并且是合理可行的?”让求职者对可交互产品原型的操作,对被试进行前后测问卷施测,通过数据分析验证问题四。通过文献调研、用户研究、问卷调研、需求转化、产品设计及可用性测试,搭建了一个职业咨询的线上双边平台,帮助求职者更有效地获取真实全面的职业信息,从而进行更有效的职业探索,更好地解决其在职业发展阶段中的问题。


外文摘要:

The research goal of this study is to find out the job seekers' needs for career exploration by investigating the career difficulties they are facing in the early stage of their career. This study tries to design a online career consulting product so as to help job seekers obtain the information they need for career exploration. In this way ,we can deepen job seekers’ self-awareness and expand their professional cognition. In this way to solve their problems and help them to obtain a satisfactory career.

Starts from the research background, combined with the social and theoretical background of career exploration, this study analyzes the reasons of employment difficulties and high employment loss ratefrom the current social background。It points out that the reason for the above career problems is the lack of career planning for the current job seekers. Then, through literature review, combing the relevant career theory, it is found that to solve the problem of career planning, the key is to seize the career exploration stage for key intervention, and to analyze the career problems and needs in the whole process of early career. Through literature research, it is found that the important influencing factor of career exploration is social support. Therefore, through the investigation of existing products, it is found that online career counseling can help job seekers obtain the information needed for career exploration.

Therefore, in the stage of question posing, four research questions are put forward according to the research objectives. Aiming at the first problem "how job seekers conduct career exploration at present" and "what are the main stages", this paper mainly obtains the user's stage division in career development and the general pain points in each stage through focus group interview based on the current situation of career exploration, and then designs an in-depth interview outline. Aiming at the second question "what are the pain points and needs of job seekers in career exploration" and "how do you expect to solve the above problems", the in-depth interview based on career distress and needs is carried out. Through three-level coding of the texts in the two interview stages, the preliminary pain points and product needs of users are obtained, and the questionnaire outline is formulated. In view of the third question "how to verify the priority of user pain points and product needs", the conclusion obtained from the interview is verified through questionnaire survey, and the product needs priority is obtained. In the stage of research results transformation, the paper focuses on "how to transform the requirements into product design?" Through affinity clustering of C-box and other methods, draw user portraits and user journey maps, define product functions, and get online career consulting product design criteria. Then, in the product design stage, through the five elements of user experience, the concept design, information architecture design and prototype design of the product are carried out from each level, and the task flow of the product is produced to explain the function in detail. In the usability testing stage, aiming at the fourth question , "how to verify that the product solution is helpful to career exploration, and is reasonable and feasible?" The candidates were asked to operate the prototype of interactive products, and the subjects were tested with pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The fourth question was verified by data analysis. Through literature research, user research, questionnaire survey, demand transformation, product design and usability test, we finally completed the design of online career consulting products, built an online two-sided platform for career consulting, helped job seekers to obtain real and comprehensive career information more effectively, so as to carry out more effective career exploration, To better solve their problems in the career development stage.
