自党的十大顺利召开启动全面深化改革,明确了“按照社会主义市场经济要求,转变政府职能,实现政企分开”,预示着中国行业协会进入了一个新的时期,既迎来了发展机遇,又面临着严峻的挑战。本文研究从行业协会内部入手,从会员单位的角度调查其对协会工作和服务的满意度情况及相应的服务需求,从会员感受和市场需求这两个角度去分析研究,优化协会职能定位,挖掘内部可能存在的问题,深入分析背后真实原因,为协会寻找优化发展和改革转型的切入点。
研究中,问卷调查以会员单位对协会发展现状和相关服务的满意度调查为主,根据北京金融街人力资源协会主要职能、品牌服务项目及日常运营三个方面设计调查模型,设计相关调查题目,并在每个维度后增加了会员单位对协会服务需求的开放式问题。在调查结果分析时,分析各个维度的满意度评价情况,也会分析不同的会员级别、行业、规模及不同级别的受访者对协会满意度的影响。
深入分析深度访谈和问卷调查的结果,尝试建立协会会员单位满意度评价模型,分析各个变量之间的关系发现会员单位对协会工作的整体满意度和各个维度各子项目的满意度都较高,其主要原因是会员单位预期值低,从而会员单位选择性参与协会活动导致价值感知低。调研还发现会员单位忠诚不仅受会员单位满意和抱怨影响。

Since the successful convening of the top ten of the Communist Party of China and launched a comprehensive and deepening reform, and made it clear that "according to the requirements of the socialist market economy, we should transform the functions of the government and achieve the separation of government and enterprise", which indicates that the Chinese trade associations have entered a new period. It not only ushered in the opportunity of development, but also faced with severe challenges. This article studies from the trade association internal , the association work and the service satisfaction situation and the corresponding service demand from the member unit's angle, and analyzed the research from the member feeling and the market demand two angles, optimized the function orientation of the association, excavated the possible problems in the interior, deeply analyzed the real reasons behind it, and found the breakthrough point of the optimization development and the reform transformation for the association.
In the research, the survey mainly focuses on the satisfaction degree of the member units to the development situation of the association and the related services. According to the main functions of Beijing Financial Street Human Resources Association, brand service projects and daily operation of the three aspects of design survey model, design related survey topics, and add open questions related to member units' service requirements after each dimension. When the survey results are analyzed, the satisfaction evaluation of each dimension will be analyzed, and the influence of different levels of membership, industry, size and different levels of interviewees on the satisfaction of the association will also be analyzed.
Through the analysis of the results of in-depth interviews and questionnaires, this paper attempts to establish the corresponding satisfaction evaluation model. The analysis of the relationship between the variables shows that the overall satisfaction of the member units to the work of the association and the satisfaction of each sub-item in each dimension are higher. The main reason is that the expected value of the member units is low, so the selective participation of the member units in the association activities leads to the low perception of value. The research also found that the satisfaction value and complaint value of the member units had no significant effect on their loyalty.
