This article takes the A company of the pharmaceutical industry as the actual case, based on the ERP system, and analyzes the operation and management of A company, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and implementation suggestions for the existing problems. Further hope for the pharmaceutical industry based on ERP system operation management to provide relevant standardized management suggestions, for other industries based on ERP system operation management to improve and change to provide a certain reference value.
