韩国综艺节目以其灵活的形式、出色的嘉宾演出、幽默的语言、时尚的包装、精良的制作等特点受到中国观众，尤其是年轻观众群的喜爱。同时，与欧美娱乐节目日益陷入“靠刺激眼球、暴露隐私、偷窥人性阴暗面等吸引观众”的怪圈的发展趋势相比，韩国综艺节目有着非常显著的人文关怀和民族文化特色，被观众称为“健康娱乐”。近年来，韩国综艺节目已成为许多中国观众茶余饭后的谈资。虽然由于政策限制，国内的卫视还无法大规模引进韩国娱乐节目，但网络上韩国综艺节目的流行程度让人无法小觑。从2005年的《情书》、《X-MAN》到2008年的《无限挑战》、《两天一夜》、《家族诞生》，韩国综艺节目始终能占据网络电视节目视频搜索排行的前几位，拥有庞大的收视人群。中国的电视娱乐节目，经过近二十年的快速发展，已形成初步规模和多样性格局。但是，样式雷同、内容低俗、制作粗糙等仍然是阻碍其健康发展的大问题。，对韩国电视综艺节目的借鉴，无疑有利于中国同类电视节目的发展与提高。鉴于此，本文对近年在中国广受欢迎的韩国综艺类电视节目进行栏目分析和背景探究，总结其在形式、风格、内容上的优势特点，并结合其在中国的传播情况，对中国电视娱乐节目的发展提出建议。第一章通过对五大类韩国综艺类电视节目表现形式的介绍，论述其在形态上采用的故事化叙事、明星出演、游戏为王、注重细节刻画等策略；第二章详细论述了韩国综艺类电视节目在内容上注重人文性、教育性、文化性的特点；第三章结合韩国现代社会发展，分析综艺类电视节目的社会功能；第四章提出韩国综艺类电视节目对中国电视娱乐节目在主持人功能、环节设置、本土化传播和立体化传播等方面的启示。

Korean variety shows are liked by the Chinese audience, especially the young audience, for its flexible form, outstanding guest performances, humorous language, fashion packaging and excellent production. Meanwhile, compared with the TV entertainment of Europe and the United States, which attract the audience mainly by stimulating, peeping, exposing privacy, Korean variety shows is more humanistic and cultural and is called "healthy entertainment " by the audience.In recent years, many Korean variety shows have become the staple of conversation of the Chinese audience in the free time. Although due to policy restrictions, domestic large-scale introduction of Korean variety shows can not be realized, Korean variety shows are very popular on the Internet. From 2005's "Love Letter", "X-MAN" to 2008's "Infinity Challenge", "Two Days of Night", "Family Outing", Korean variety shows has always been ranking among the top few of network TV video search and always has a large viewing crowd.After nearly two decades of rapid development, Chinese TV entertainment programs has formed an initial size and diverse pattern. However, there are some problems which are still hindering its development, like similar style, vulgar content and rough production. Learning from Korean variety shows will no doubt be conducive to the development and of Chinese TV entertainment.In view of this, the paper analyzes the reasons for Korean variety shows’ popularity, summarizes the characteristics and advantages of its form, style and content. At the same time, combined with its spread situation in China, we make recommendations to Chinese TV entertainment. The first chapter discusses its tactics such as narrating a story, inviting stars, designing games and characterizing details. The second chapter discusses its humanity, educational function and cultural function. The third chapter is about the social function of Korean variety shows and the fourth chapter provides the consultation and recommendation to the Chinese TV entertainment in hosts, link setting, the localization and the diversification of the communication.
