在一段婚姻中，夫妻情感作为无形却必不可少的元素，通过沟通交流可以让人感知到它的存在，进而使得夫妻对这段婚姻的品质感到满意。由于以往研究更多关注在情感发出（情感表达）对婚姻关系的影响作上，而较少研究情感接收（情感感知）对婚姻关系的影响作用。同时在情感沟通（情感表达与感知）的过程中，积极有效地调节自己的认知与行为对于增进婚姻质量同样至关重要。为此，本研究使用方晓义教授主持的国家自然科学基金项目“中国夫妻互动与婚姻质量和稳定性的关系”中84对新婚夫妻填写的情感沟通特质问卷、关系中的自我调节问卷、婚姻质量问卷数据，探讨夫妻情感沟通、夫妻在关系中自我调节及婚姻质量的特点及其关系,以及关系中的自我调节在夫妻情感沟通对婚姻质量的影响中的作用机制。本研究得到主要结论如下： 1. 丈夫婚姻质量边缘显著高于妻子婚姻质量;丈夫的情感表达显著低于妻子。 2. 丈夫情感表达与自身婚姻质量显著正相关；丈夫和妻子的情感感知均与夫妻双方的婚姻质量显著相关;丈夫和妻子在关系中的自我调节均与夫妻双方的婚姻质量显著正相关；丈夫和妻子情感表达均与自身在关系中的自我调节显著正相关，丈夫和妻子情感感知均与双方在关系中的自我调节呈显著正相关。 3. 丈夫情感表达与自身婚姻质量存在显著主体效应;丈夫和妻子的情感感知对婚姻质量主客体效应显著，即丈夫和妻子情感感知对于双方的婚姻质量具有显著预测作用。 4. 丈夫在关系中的自我调节在丈夫情感表达对婚姻质量的主客体效应中起完全中介作用；妻子在关系中的自我调节在妻子情感表达对婚姻质量的主客体效应中起完全中介作用；丈夫在关系中的自我调节在妻子情感表达对丈夫婚姻质量的客体效应中起完全中介作用。 5. 丈夫在关系中自我调节在丈夫情感感知对丈夫婚姻质量的主体效应中起部分中介作用；丈夫在关系中自我调节在妻子情感感知对丈夫婚姻质量的客体效应中起完全中介作用；妻子在关系中自我调节在丈夫情感感知对丈夫婚姻质量的主体效应中起部分中介作用；妻子在关系中自我调节在丈夫情感感知对妻子婚姻质量的客体效应中起完全中介作用；妻子在关系中自我调节在妻子情感感知对妻子婚姻质量的主体效应中起部分中介作用。

Affection between husband and wife as intangible but indispensable elements, through the communication can make people perceive it, then make couples are satisfied with the quality of the marriage. Due to previous studies pay more attention to the impact of affection expression on marrital quality, and less to explore the impact of affection perception on marital quality. At the same time, in the process of affection communication, it is very important to improve the quality of marriage by actively adjusting their cognition and behavior. Adopt the method of open recruitment, this study used questionnaire of Trait affection given and Trait affection received, Behavioral self-regulation in relationship for Effective Relationships Scale, and Quality of Marriage Index to research the relationship of affection communication, behavioral self-regulation in relationship and marital quality of 84 married in 3 years childless couples in Beijing, Tianjin and other regions. The data came from the National Natural Science Foundation Program hosted by professor Fang Xiaoyi: The Relationship Between Chinese Couples' Interaction and Marital Quality and Stability. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The marital quality of husband is marginally significantly higher than that of his wife; The affection expression of the husband was significantly lower than that of the wife. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between affection expression of husband and marital quality. Both husband and wife's affection perception were significantly correlated with the marital quality of both husband and wife. The behavioral self-regulation in relationship of husband and wife in the relationship is positively correlated with the marital quality of both husband and wife.The affection expression of husband and wife is positively correlated with behavioral self-regulation in relationship, and the affection perception of husband and wife is positively correlated with the behavioral self-regulation in relationship of both husband and wife. 3. There is a significant actor effect of husband's affection expression to marital quality; The affection perception of husband and wife has significant actor and partner effect on the quality of marriage. That is, the affection perception of husband and wife has significant predictive effect on the marital quality of both husband and wife. 4. The behavioral self-regulation in relationship of the husband in the relationship plays a complete mediating role in the husband's affection expression on the actor and partner effect on marital quality; The behavioral self-regulation in relationship of the wife between the affection expression of the wife and the actor effect of the marital quality play a full mediating role; The behavioral self-regulation in relationship of husband and wife plays a complete mediating role in the partner effect of wife's affection expression on the marital quality of husband. 5. The husband's behavioral self-regulation in relationship plays an mediating role in the actor effect of husband's affection perception on the marital quality of the husband; The husband's behavioral self-regulation in relationship in the relationship plays an intermediary role in the object effect of the wife's affection perception on the marital quality of the husband.The wife's behavioral self-regulation in relationship mediates the actor effect of husband's affection perception on marital quality. The wife plays a complete mediating role in the partner effect of affection perception of the husband on the marital quality of his wife. The wife's behavioral self-regulation in relationship in the relationship plays an intermediary role in the actor effect of wife's affection perception on the marital quality of the wife.
