随着新课程改革的进一步深化，教育教学实践对教师的专业化发展提出了更高的要求，所以提高教师职业的专业化水准，已成为新课程改革所关注的重点问题之一。那么当前的教师专业化发展都是有哪些途径，存在哪些问题呢？鉴于笔者在北京市昌平地区从事中学化学教学的支教工作，结合自己的工作实际，本课题对北京市昌平区化学教师专业化发展状况进行了调查，通过调查了解了北京市昌平区化学专业化发展的现状和途径，从而为北京市昌平区化学教师在新课程改革中进一步提高自己的专业化水平提供可供参考的数据，也为当地教育管理部门培训和支持教师进修、参加教研活动等提供了可资参考的依据。

Under the present big circumstance of new curriculum reform, vast rural middle school teachers especially need to practice "the internal organs ",constantly break away from the old traditional ideas ,shake off the influence of the less developed social economy in rural areas ,strengthen the internal quality ,establish the external image ,reflect from the teaching ,improve through the refection, constantly promote the level of the professional development of teachers，act as studious teachers ,reflective teachers and expert teachers .Thus quicken the step of implementing the new curriculum criterion successfully. Here the writer takes her own experience as an example，analysis the professional problems of middle school teachers in the rural areas，presents some views about the teachers' professional development in our rural middle schools，give her sincere advice to the teachers on their professional growth and restructuring, how to have their self-renewal studies，advises the teachers constantly broaden horizon, enlarge knowledge ,renew ideas and get ready for promoting the development of our education.
