创造力一直被视为企业的生存和发展核心竞争力（Gundry, Kickul & Prather, 1994; Herman, March & Warren, 2018），而高权力个体决定着公司的各项事务，并且更有可能将自身创造力转变为生产力，所以探究高权力个体的创造力影响因素是一个非常重要的研究课题。本研究结合识解水平理论和自我耗竭理论，探究识解水平在权力和创造力之间起到的中介作用、自我耗竭的调节作用，并进一步探究了自我耗竭在中介作用中起到的调节作用。 

研究采用情景模拟实验。实验一招募69名在校大学生，采用单因素被试间设计操控被试的权力感，结果表明识解水平完全中介了权力对于创造力的影响；实验二共招募93名在校大学生，采用单因素被试间设计操控被试的自我耗竭水平，结果表明自我耗竭水平高低，在权力感高和权力感低的二组被试中对创造力的影响不显著；实验三招募131名在校大学生，采用双因素被试间设计，结果表明识解水平在权力感和创造力之间的中介作用也会受到自我耗竭的调节作用。

结论：识解水平完全中介了权力对于创造力的影响，并个体的自我耗竭状态会显著影响高权力个体的创造力。

Creativity has always been regarded as the core competitiveness for the survival and development of enterprises （Gundry, Kickul, Prather, 1994; Herman, March & Warren, 2018）. High-power individuals determine the affairs of a company and are more likely to turn their creativity into productivity. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the influencing factors of high-power individuals' creativity. This study combines the construal level theory and self depletion theory to explore the intermediary role of cognitive level between power and creativity, the intermediary role of self depletion between power and creativity, and the regulatory role of self depletion in the intermediary role.

 The method of scenario simulation experiment is used. Experiment 1 recruited 69 college students and manipulated their  sense of power by single factor subject-between design. The result shows that the level of construal completely mediates the influence of power on creativity.In Experiment 2, a sample of 93 college students were recruited. The single factor subject-between design was used to control the level of self depletion. The result shows that the level of self depletion no significantly different impact on creativity between the higher sense of power and the lower of power. In Experiment 3, 131 college students were recruited and a two factor subject-between design was adopted. The result shows that the mediating effect of construal level between power and creativity would also be regulated by self depletion.  In conclusion, The Construal level completely mediates the influence of power on creativity, and individual self depletion will significantly affect the creativity of high-power individuals
