青少年时期对个体发展起重要作用,成长主动性,能使青少年更好地认识和提升自己,因此,研究青少年的成长主动性是非常有必要的。 本研究旨在编制一套有良好信效度的青少年成长主动性量表,对其信度和效度进行检验和分析。根据以往学者的相关研究,梳理并重新构建了青少年成长主动性的概念及基本结构,认为成长主动性是指个体相信自己拥有潜能,做好准备,能动地探索未知、克服困难、抓住机会、改善环境,从而使自我成长的一种倾向。 其次,参考现有的成长主动性相关量表以及相关的访谈内容,进行筛选和修改题目,通过专家评议,形成了68个项目的初测问卷。在北京的3所中学进行施测,有效样本为1057个。采用项目分析、探索性因素分析进行统计分析,保留了30个项目。随后,在深圳的一所中学复测第二版量表的30个项目,同时施测了效度量表及亲子依恋和感知社会支持量表,有效样本609个。将609个有效样本随机分半,数据1用于探索性因素分析(n=309),数据2在探索性因素分析结果的基础上,用于正式量表的验证性因素分析(n=300)。最后,验证青少年成长主动性量表的信度及其它效度指标,分析了青少年成长主动性的现有状况,并在此基础上分析了亲子依恋对成长主动性的影响。结果表明: (1)量表的结构效度。青少年成长主动性量表包含四个维度:自我认可、提升准备、自我提升主动性、开拓性。四个因素的累积方差贡献率为 55.7%,验证性因素分析结果显示,模型拟合的各项指标都符合测量学标准,量表有很好的结构效度。 (2)量表的信度。信度检验显示,青少年成长主动性量表总的α系数为0.89,各维度的α系数在0.72到0.83之间,表明该量表具有较好的内部一致性信度。 (3)量表的同时效度。本研究用大五人格量表、拒绝改变量表,以相关法测量同时效度,量表总分及各维度与大五人格、拒绝改变量表的相关结果表明量表有较好的同时效度。 (4)量表的聚合效度。本研究用控制点、主动性人格、一般自我效能感,以相关法测量聚合效度,结果表明,量表总分及各维度与控制点、主动性人格、一般自我效能感得分均呈现显著正相关,说明量表有较好的聚合效度。 (5)亲子依恋对青少年成长主动性有正向预测作用,亲子依恋越高,青少年成长主动性水平越高。 (6)感知社会支持对成长主动性有中介作用。亲子依恋对成长主动性的影响,被感知社会支持部分中介。

Adolescence is the critical period of individuals’ personal development, and growth initiative is the main characteristic that runs through one's life, which determines an individual's chances of success through one’s development. Therefore, growth initiative in adolescence is a feature that needs more attention. Therefore, it is essential to carry out the development of adolescent growth initiative and the related research. The purpose of this study is to develop a sound adolescent growth initiative scale with good reliability and validity. First, based on the previous studies of scholars, we reviewed and reconstructed the concept and basic structure of adolescent growth initiative. There is a tendency for an individual to believe he/she has the potential and be well prepared to take the initiative to explore unknown situations, overcome difficulties, seize opportunities and improve one’s self to adjust to the environment in order to achieve goals of self-growth. Secondly, with reference to the existing scale of growth initiative and follow-up interviews, expert evaluation was conducted to form a preliminary test questionnaire for 68 items, after screening and amending the questions. Three middle schools in Beijing were administered for testing, yields in an effective sample of 1057. Using item analysis and exploratory factor analysis for statistical analysis, 30 items were retained. Subsequently, the second edition in a scale of 30 items was administered at a middle school in Shenzhen for retesting. After measuring the validity of the scale, parentage attachment and perceived social support scale, there is a valid sample of 609. These 609 valid samples were divided into two parts using simple random sampling. Data 1 for exploratory factor analysis (n = 309), and data 2 for confirmatory factor analysis of formal scales based on exploratory factor analysis (n = 300). Finally, to verify the reliability and other validity indicators of adolescent psychological resilience scale, the e existing status of youth growth initiative and the effect of parent attachment on the growth initiative was analyzed. The results shown that: (1) The construct validity of scale. Adolescent Growth Initiative contains four dimensions: self-recognition, preparation of improvement, self-improvement initiatives, and pioneering. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the four factors was 55.7%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all the indicators fitted by the model met the standards of measurement and the scale had good construct validity. (2) The reliability of the scale. The analysis of the confidence test showed that the total reliability of the Youth Growth Initiative Scale was 0.89, self-recognition was 0.83, promotion preparation was 0.74, self-improvement initiative was 0.81, pioneering was 0.72. These results indicated that the scale has good internal consistency reliability. (3) The concurrent validity of the scale. In this study, the Big Five Personality Scale and Resistance to Change Scale were employed in order to measure the validity with the correlation method concurrently. The total score and each dimension of the scale are significantly related to the Big Five Personality and Resistance to Change Scale. The data indicated that the scale has good concurrent validity. (4) The convergence validity of the scale. In this study, the Locus of Control, Proactive Personality and General Self-efficacy were used to measure the validity of the correlation. The results of the total score and all of individual dimension’s score with Locus of Control, Proactive Personality, and General Self-efficacy showed significant positive correlation, indicating that the scale has better convergence efficiency. (5) Parent attachment has a positive effect on the growth of adolescents. The higher level of the parent attachment, the higher level of adolescent growth. (6) The perception of social support plays an intermediary role in growth initiative. Parent attachment affected the growth initiative, and the perception of social support serves as part of the intermediary.
