随着互联网时代的快速发展,网络成为人们日常生活不可或缺的一部分。不合理的网络使用可能会导致网络成瘾,危害个体的身心健康,影响其正常的工作学习生活。特别是对那些缺乏自制力的高中生危害更甚,因此预防高中生网络成瘾至关重要。那么究竟什么样的网络使用更容易网络成瘾呢?有什么特征的学生更容易网络成瘾呢?从社会工作的角度出发,能够提出哪些预防对策呢? 本研究通过对三所高中1485名学生的问卷调查,采用网络成瘾量表及网络使用特点测量等了解了高中生网络成瘾的基本情况,分析高中生网络使用的特点,从生态系统理论出发探索网络成瘾的风险性因素,并且从社会工作的专业角度为高中生网络成瘾的预防提供建议措施。本研究的主要发现如下: (1)高中生网络成瘾倾向发生率为15.6%,网络成瘾在高中生群体中占比较高。 (2)在网络使用特点上:每天上网时间与网络成瘾倾向具有高度正相关;在上网设备上不存在显著差异,且使用单一设备上网和使用多种设备上网也无显著差异;在部分上网地点上存在显著差异,不在自己家里、在学校宿舍、在网吧上网的高中生网络成瘾倾向的发生率较高;在部分上网内容上存在显著差异,上网不用来学习、娱乐及信息搜索,用来玩游戏的高中生网络成瘾倾向的发生率较高。 (3)个体、家庭、学校以及社区各个层面都存在高中生网络成瘾的风险性因素,个体层面,性别为男性为风险因素;家庭层面,消费情况比周围人高,家庭氛围差,与父亲关系差,与母亲关系差,父母曾有过分居或离异为风险因素;学校层面,在位于县城的普通高中上学,学校氛围差,与同学关系差,与老师关系差为风险因素;社区层面,社区卫生情况差,社区治安情况差及社区文化氛围差为风险因素。当个体具备零个风险因素时,有网瘾倾向的比率为6%;当个体具备一个风险因素时,比率升高为7.6%,个体具备五个及以上的风险性因素时,网络成瘾倾向发生率为35.4%。个体具备的风险性因素越多,越有可能网络成瘾。 针对研究结果,提出以下建议:建立风险性因素识别体系,重点甄别高危群体;开展多层面多系统预防工作,提供良好成长氛围;学校社会工作介入家庭、社区预防网络成瘾。

With the rapid development of the Internet era, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's daily lives. Unreasonable use of the Internet may lead to Internet addiction, endangering the physical and mental health of the individual and affecting their normal work and study life. Especially for those high school students who lack self-control, the harm is high, so it is very important to prevent high school students from internet addiction. So what kind of network use is easier for internet addiction? What are the characteristics of students who are more likely to be addicted to the Internet? From the perspective of social work, what preventive measures can be proposed? Through the questionnaire survey of 1485 students in three high schools, the Internet addiction scale and network use characteristics measurement were used to understand the basic situation of high school students' internet addiction, and the characteristics of high school students' network use were analyzed. The study explores the risk factors of internet addiction from the perspective of ecosystem theory, and provides suggestions for the prevention of internet addiction among high school students from the professional perspective of social work. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1)The incidence of Internet addiction in high school students is 15.6%. Internet addiction accounts for a high proportion of high school students (2)On the characteristics of network use:The daily online time has a high positive correlation with the Internet addiction tendency; there is no significant difference in the Internet access device, and there is no significant difference in using the single device to access the Internet and using multiple devices to access the Internet; there are significant differences in some Internet access locations, High school students who are online not in their own homes, in school dormitories and Internet cafes have a high incidence of Internet addiction. There are significant differences in some Internet content. Internet access is not used for learning, entertainment and information search. High school students are addicted to online games. The incidence of propensity is higher. (3)Individuals, families, schools and communities at all levels are risk factors of Internet Addiction. At the individual level, gender is a risk factor for men. At the household level, the consumption situation is higher than that of the surrounding people, the family atmosphere is poor, the relationship with the father is poor, the relationship with the mother is poor, and the parents have had the risk of separation or divorce. At the school level, attending an ordinary high school in the county seat, the school atmosphere is poor, the relationship with the classmates is poor, and the relationship with the teacher is a risk factor. At the community level, poor community health, poor community security and poor community culture are risk factors. When an individual has zero risk factors, the rate of addiction is 6%. When an individual has a risk factor, the ratio increases to 7.6%. When an individual has five or more risk factors, the online addiction tendency rate is 35.4%. The more risk factors an individual has, the more likely they are to become addicted to the Internet. In response to the research results, the following suggestions are made. Establish a risk factor identification system, focus on identifying high-risk groups; carry out multi-layer and multi-system prevention work, and provide a good growth atmosphere; school social work involves family and community to prevent Internet addiction.
