多动症是儿童期较常见的心理与行为障碍之一。若不能得到及时有效治疗,其注意力不集中、多动、冲动等行为表现会持续至青少年及成年期,造成个体整体性的适应不良。而听力障碍儿童作为特殊群体,可能会表现出一些心理和行为方面的问题,针对其听力受损导致言语沟通失效的情况,特别需要找到适合其生理特点的心理治疗方法。本研究的目的是探讨箱庭疗法对多动听力障碍儿童的治疗效果以及他们的箱庭治疗过程的特点。本研究采用个案研究方法,对两名多动听障儿童分别进行了二十九次和十次的箱庭治疗,对整个箱庭治疗的过程进行了呈现与分析,并考察了个案在箱庭治疗前后的问题改善情况,得出结论:1、经过箱庭治疗,个案小A的多动、冲动等问题行为基本消失,同伴关系得以改善,与母亲的沟通状况得以改善。治疗具有长期效果。2、经过箱庭治疗,个案小Z的多动、注意力分散等问题得到处理,学习成绩得到明显提高。3、两名个案的箱庭治疗治疗中均有对过去创伤经验的处理,处理的方式不同,个案小A是经过不断的冲突抗争、自我调适,最后达到问题的解决。个案小Z通过连续六次重复体验相似的场景来处理过去的创伤经验,并从中获得新的能量,在最后一次箱庭作品中表达希望和能量。4、个案小A和小Z的箱庭作品均呈现对安全感的渴望,特别是在初始箱庭中,用箱庭故事表达对家园和对小动物的保护,进而表达了自已对安全感的渴望。5、两个个案由于背景信息和多动症状严重程度的不同,因此箱庭治疗的次数不同,但均取得了明显的治疗效果。

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental and behavioral disorders of children. If they didn’t get effective therapy in time, the symptoms such as unfocused attention and impulsive action would develop to the age of adolescence and adulthood,causing the mal-adjustment in social work. The hearing-impaired children have some mental and behavioral problem. They need to find one of the psychotherapy method fitting their physiological feature. The major purpose of this study is to discuss what characteristics presented in the sandplay therapy process of hearing-impaired child with ADHD, and what therapeutic effects of sandplay made in hearing-impaired child’s psychological and behavioral problems. The study used the case study method, 29 and 10 sandplay therapy sessions were respectively given to two hearing-impaired children. The whole processes of the sandplay were described and analyzed in detail and the improvement conditions of two cases after receiving sandplay therapy. Based on the analysis of the materials, six conclusions were drawn:1. Sandplay therapy process was able to deal with the hyper-action and impulsive action of the case named xiao A, and also to promote the relationship of companions, the same as the parent-child relationship, even after a long time.2. Sandplay therapy process have significant effect on the symptoms and parent-child relationship of the case named WS. His academic performance have also improved.3. The two cases both have handled with their last trauma experience in the sandplay therapy process, though they used different way. The case named Xiao A went the phases by continued wars and conflicts, self-adaptation and then the resolved of the problems. The case named WS got the healing by six similar scenes to express the past trauma experience and promote self-healing. In his last scene, WS present new energy and hope which will support his transformation.4. The two cases both expressed their need for the feeling of safe, especially in their first sandtray. They used story of protecting the home and small animals presenting the inner strong need of the safe.5. Based on the different growing background and different level of the hyperactive symptom, the therapy sessions of the two cases were different, but they both have effective psychotherapy.
