在网络技术日益深入的今天，如何使大学生在享受网络带来的便利的同时，能够克服网络给大学生带来的生理和心理危害，避免过分依赖网络，是大学生必须面临和解决的现实问题。本文通过对国内外一些研究矫治大学生网络依赖的措施对策的总结分析，一方面提出了以团体小组辅导为主要方式的有效治疗措施，另一方面根据大学生网络依赖的具体程度，提出了针对性的个人一对一辅导治疗措施，结合通过访谈了解的具体个案的实际，提出了一些矫治的方法。最后阐述了治疗大学生网络依赖治疗的趋势，得出治疗大学生网络依赖应以建立免疫机制，重点加强预防性治疗的结论，以期对当前的矫治大学生网络依赖工作做出一点帮助。

With the deepening of the network technology today，how to make students enjoy the convenience of the network and at the same time be able to overcome the physical and psychological harm that internet brings and to avoid excessive reliance on the network and is the practical problem college students must face and resolve. Through some summarizing and analyzing of the domestic and foreign research of the treatment and the countermeasure for treating college students relying on the network，on the one hand the article puts forward an effective treatment measures with the main meanings of groups counseling and on the other hand according to the level of the college students’ relying on network，puts forward the personal one-on-one counseling treatment measures and through interviews with the specific understanding of the actual cases，makes a number of treatment methods. In the end the article expounds the current of the treatment of college students relying on the network and gets a conclusion that we should establish the immune mechanisms and focus on strengthening the preventive treatment. We hope to give some help to the work of treating the college students.
