荀子义利观中，“礼”作为可与“义”、“利”相提并论的重要概念，起到了不可替代的重要作用。“礼”的重要作用，既体现在荀子义利观的具体内容中，也表现在《荀子》的文本表达上。除对“礼”在荀子义利观中的重要作用进行分析外，还从理论基础、儒家渊源和时代背景三方面探讨了“礼”在荀子义利观中如此重要的原因。最后将荀子义利观与墨家、道家、法家代表人物的义利观进行对比，以突显荀子义利观的独特性。

In the Righteousness and Benefit Conception of Xun Zi, “Ritual” plays an irreplaceable important role as an important concept in the same breath as “Righteousness” and “benefit”. The important function of “Ritual” is not only embodied in the concrete expression of Xunzi's concept of righteousness and benefit, but also in his texts. In addition to the analysis of the important role of “Ritual” in the righteousness and benefit conception of Xun Zi, this paper also discusses the reason why “Ritual” is so important in the righteousness and benefit conception of Xun Zi from three aspects of theoretical basis, Confucian origin and historical background. Finally, this paper compares the righteousness and benefit conception of Xun Zi with those of mohism, Taoism and legalism, in order to highlight the uniqueness of the righteousness and benefit conception of Xun Zi.
