在知识经济时代,员工敬业度高低关乎着公司经济效益的高低,如何提高员工的敬业度成为每个企业都需要解决的问题之一,W公司经过十多年的发展,现已成为国内领先的智能学习公司,其主打产品深受不同年龄层用户的喜爱和认可。W公司主要提供技术、搜索产品去获得盈利的,随着信息技术的不断发展,公司在数据存储和计算方面有着深厚的技术基础,在技术支持下衍生了其他的业务,如翻译应用业务、电子商务导购和个人云应用。

近几年,随着公司的高速发展和规模的不断壮大,公司内部出现了很多问题,具体包括了沟通机制不完善、公司绩效考核制度不健全、薪酬管理体系不完善、员工职业发展路径不完善等,由于这些情况,使得员工的敬业度出现了种种问题,针对这些问题,公司专门从敬业度角度对员工进行了调查,得出的结果不尽如人意,员工敬业度很差,而这也就意味着公司员工敬业度还有很大的提升空间。

本文以该公司的全体员工作为研究对象,重点分析了这些员工敬业度情况以及影响员工敬业度的因素,然后根据问题提出具体的改进策略,提高企业员工的敬业度,增加员工粘性,为企业创造更多的价值,提高企业竞争力和经济效益,促进企业可持续发展。

通过调研分析得知影响W公司员工敬业度的因素有很多,选择了其中影响比较大的三个因素,分别是工作因素、个人因素和组织因素,并根据分析的内容建议公司可以从完善沟通机制、建立科学的绩效考核体系、建立合理完善的激励机制、完善员工的职业发展规划等角度进行员工敬业度提升,从而提升W公司员工的敬业度,从而改善员工的个人绩效与组织的整体绩效,实现公司业绩的稳步增长,使W公司在竞争中保持优势。

In the era of knowledge economy, employee engagement is closely related to the economic efficiency of a company. How to improve employee engagement has become one of the issues that every enterprise needs to solve. After more than ten years of development, W Company has become a leading intelligent learning company in China, and its main products are deeply loved and recognized by users of different ages. W Company mainly provides technology and search products to make profits. With the continuous development of information technology, the company has a deep technical foundation in data storage and computing, and has derived other businesses with technical support, such as translation application business, e-commerce shopping guide, and personal cloud applications.

In recent years, with the rapid development and continuous expansion of the company, many problems have arisen within the company, including imperfect communication mechanisms, imperfect company performance appraisal systems, imperfect salary management systems, and imperfect career development paths for employees. As a result of these situations, various issues have arisen in employee engagement. In response to these issues, the company has conducted a special survey of employees from the perspective of engagement, The results obtained are not satisfactory and employee engagement is poor, which means that there is still much room for improvement in employee engagement in the company.

This article takes all the employees of the company as the research object, focusing on analyzing the engagement of these employees and the factors that affect their engagement, and then proposes specific improvement strategies based on the issues to improve the engagement of employees, increase employee stickiness, create more value for the enterprise, improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of the enterprise, and promote sustainable development of the enterprise.

Through research and analysis, it is known that there are many factors that affect employee engagement in W Company, and three of them are selected as the most influential factors, namely, work factors, personal factors, and organizational factors. Based on the analysis, it is suggested that the company can improve employee engagement from the perspectives of improving communication mechanisms, establishing a scientific performance appraisal system, establishing a reasonable and perfect incentive mechanism, and improving employee career development planning, Thereby enhancing the engagement of employees of Company W, thereby improving their individual performance and the overall performance of the organization, achieving steady growth in company performance, and enabling Company W to maintain an advantage in competition.
