By studying the relationship between executive payroll and bank performance in the six-year listed commercial banks (five state-owned commercial banks and eight joint-stock commercial banks) in 2010-2015, it was found that executive pay and bank operating performance were profitable. There is a significant positive correlation between the index and the safety index, but the correlation between the liquidity index and the liquidity index of the bank is not significant. Combined with the commercial banks executives pay this industry background, to explore the executive pay cuts on the bank profitability indicators, safety indicators and liquidity indicators of the impact of the impact of the policy and the effect of the corresponding assessment, and provide corresponding comments and suggestions.
