学校作为武术教育的重要载体,承载传承中国传统武术文化发展重任。但从武术成长和发展的长河来看,武术在学校的发展并非一帆风顺,始终面临着重重困境。相关部门虽进行了系列武术课程改革,如“化繁从简”、“淡化套路、提倡技击”到现今的“发扬中华民族传统文化”的系列措施等,但并未让武术传承脱离如“学生喜欢武术但不喜欢武术课”、“武术育人效果欠佳”等教育尴尬的处境,如何在学校中有效进行传统武术文化传承依然是现在武术教育仍须面对的重大问题与困难。因此,选择优秀武术传统校,针对其学校武术发展路径及育人效果进行分析,学习成功武术文化传承经验尤为重要。

北京市双榆树第一小学2012年申请武术传统校,在全校范围内设计武术特色课程,学校武术队多次在全国武术比赛中获得冠军,并参与央视网络春晚等大小演出。本文以该校学生作为调查对象,使用问卷调查法和访谈法结合的形式对双榆树第一小学的武术开展情况、武术文化传承效果进行了信息与数据收集,通过SPSS24.0对数据进行分析,并从学生对武术文化认知、技能习得、精神品质、文化传播等方面围绕武术的传承效果展开论述,最后得出以下结论:

1)武术传承在北京市双榆树第一小学的学生身上具有良好的效果。武术习练除了令学生的武术技能和身心健康有了明显的提升以外,还加强了学生的武术礼仪意识和道德修养水平,学生在心、技、体等方面都从武术练习中受益良多,并在生活中有所体现。

2)专业的武术教师对学校武术发展起到上下联动的中核作用。武术教师高尚的人格是武术文化传承的重要保障,除此之外教师更具有扎实的武术技能水平、前沿的武术发展眼光及坚持不懈的奉献精神。

3)双榆树第一小学武术文化传承具有教育传播、竞技比赛传播和社会传播三位一体的结构。多层次、多结构的武术传播使得该校武术文化传承受益群体大、持续时间长、心技体全发展,有效发挥了武术文化传播的功能。

4)双榆树第一小学武术文化传承存在家庭和学校双循环的可持续发展。学校的武术文化传承获得了家长们的支持与肯定,武术文化从学校成功走入家庭,在家庭成员互动、传统文化体认、家庭锻炼习惯等方面都发挥了重要作用。京市,在技能水平、身心健康、精神品质等方面都表现优异数年来参加北京市及国内多种学校武术重要赛事、以及参加各种重要文化活动表现突出,是北京市学校武术传统校中的代表性学校。学生在心、技、体等方面都从武术受益巨大,效果明显。武术文化成功走入家庭,在家庭成员互动、传统文化体认、锻炼习惯等方面都发挥了重要作用

As an important vehicle of martial arts education, the school undertakes huge responsibility in the development of traditional Chinese martial arts culture. However in the view of the growth of martial arts, the development of martial arts in school encountered a large quantity of difficulties.Although relevant departments have conducted a series of martial arts curriculum reform, such as "simplification of complexity", " minimization of routine, promotion of technical attack" and " advance and enrich the traditional Chinese culture", it fails to solve the problem of "students like martial arts but do not like martial arts courses", "inefficiency martial arts education", etc.

How to impart and inherit the martial arts is the significant hardship that martial arts education still has to face. Therefore, it is very important to choose an excellent traditional martial arts school, analyze the development path and effect of martial arts education, and learn its successful experience in martial arts culture inheritance.

Beijing Shuangyushu No.1 Primary School applied for traditional martial arts school in 2012, and designed martial arts characteristic courses in the whole school. The martial arts team of the school have won the championship in National martial arts competitions plenty of times, and participated in CCTV network Spring Festival Gala and other performances. In this paper, taking the students of Shuangyushu primary school as the respondents, using the combination method of questionnaire and interview to collect the information and data of martial arts expansion and martial arts culture inheritance, analyzing the above date by SPSS24.0, and expounding from the perspective of martial arts culture cognition of students, skill acquisition, spiritual quality, cultural heritage and so on, and ultimately the following conclusions are drawn:

1Martial arts inheritance has a good effect on the students of Beijing Shuangyushu No.1 Primary School in Beijing. Martial arts practice not only improves students' martial arts skills and physical and mental health, but also strengthens students' martial arts etiquette consciousness and moral cultivation level. Students benefit tremendously in mind, skill, body and other aspects from martial arts practicing, which is also reflected in life.

2Professional martial arts teachers play a central role in the development of martial arts school. The noble personality of martial arts teachers is an important guarantee for the inheritance of martial arts culture. In addition, teachers have a solid level of martial arts skills, cutting-edge vision of martial arts development and unremitting dedication.

3The cultural heritage in Beijing Shuangyushu No.1 Primary School has trinity structure of education communication, competition communication and social communication. The multi-level and multi-structure martial arts communication enables the martial arts culture heritage benefit larger group, longer duration, full developments in skill, body and heart, and effectively play the function of martial arts culture communication.

4The culture inheritance in Beijing Shuangyushu No.1 Primary School can develop sustainablely by the dual circulation of family and school. The inheritance of martial arts culture in the school wins the support and affirmation of parents, as a result martial arts culture can successfully entered the family, and it plays a vital role in the interaction of family members, the recognition of traditional culture and family exercise habits.
