学生进入高中学习后,心理与课业负担加重。学习科目多了,作业量陡增,而且存在着激烈的学习竞争压力,要求日益严格。高中阶段学生正处于青春期,三观以及情感等都处于成长期,会受外界较大影响,情绪波动等也会较在,尤其是女生,在高中阶段比较容易产生数学焦虑现象,受家庭、社会、学校、交际、情感、成绩等多方面因素影响会较大。该论文采取过每周数学日记交流以及谈话等多种方式,描述了一位一位女高中生(晴晴)在数学学习过程中从害怕到日益焦虑,研究其情绪波动的情况,试图找到其形成焦虑的具体成因,并提出了克服数学焦虑的具体策略。辅导者通过与其有目标的五次面谈以及跟踪辅导,与其母亲展开五次访谈,从而帮助其走出了焦虑状态,提升了数学成绩,并且从普通班分配到重点班。建议:首先从晴晴个人层面来看,要提升自信心,学会自我调适,培养自己的多方面兴趣爱好,主动探索、学习;其次,从教师层面来看,应从多个层面来实现对学生的评价,保证公正、公平性,多给予鼓励与赞许,帮助、引导学生摆脱焦虑;最后,从家庭层面来看,家庭成员尤其是父亲和母亲应该给予孩子足够的关心与爱,并树立正确的期待目标,采用科学方法教育孩子,不传递给孩子坏情绪。

When students enter high school, the burden of psychology and schoolwork increases. There are many learning subjects, the amount of homework is increasing rapidly, and there is fierce competition for learning and competition. The high school students are in puberty, the three views and the emotions are all in the growth period, which will be greatly influenced by the outside world. The emotional fluctuations, especially the girls, are easier to produce mathematical anxiety in the high school stage, which will be greatly influenced by many factors, such as family, society, school, communication, emotion, achievement and so on. . This paper has taken a variety of ways, such as weekly diary exchange and conversation, to describe a woman high school student (Qing Qing) from fear to growing anxiety in the process of mathematics learning, to study the situation of his emotional fluctuation, to find out the specific causes of its anxiety, and to put forward some specific strategies to overcome the anxiety of mathematics. Through five interviews and tutoring with their goals, the tutor started five interviews with his mother to help them get out of the anxiety state, improve their math scores and distribute them from the ordinary class to the key class. Suggestions: first of all, from a clear individual level, we should improve self-confidence, learn to adjust themselves, cultivate their own interests and interests, explore and learn actively. Secondly, from the level of teachers, we should realize the evaluation of students from a number of levels, ensure fairness and fairness, give more encouragement and praise, help and guide them. Finally, from the family level, family members, especially fathers and mothers, should give their children enough care and love, set up the correct expectation goal, use scientific methods to educate the children, and do not pass on the bad mood of the children.
