网络游戏已充斥我们的生活，青少年是它的主要用户群体。对青少年而言，这个年龄段正是他们价值观形成的重要时期。然而，来自国外的网络游戏对我国传统文化价值观的颠覆以及国内网络游戏对我国历史价值观的异化，给青少年的成长带来了一些文化层面的负面影响。从开发网络游戏和引导青少年正确对待网络游戏文化内涵带来的负面影响来看，亟需一个有效的评测工具，从文化的视角为开发者提供了解青少年受到文化影响和其文化需求的依据，为青少年及家长提供评价各种网络游戏是否适合青少年群体的信息。本研究针对此研究需要，先界定“网络游戏文化”的定义，然后分析和借鉴国内外已有的针对电子游戏或网络游戏的评测工具，从文化的视角设计出旨在测量网络游戏文化内涵的评测工具。在通过对游戏玩家和专家访谈，获取反馈意见和建议的过程中完善评测工具，最后选择一款网络游戏进行了尝试性的评测。

Online games have flooded our lives and young people are the major user groups. Young people are in the period of shaping their values. However, foreign online games subvert our traditional cultural values. At the same time, the domestic online games change the historical values of our country. It brings some negative impact of cultural dimension to the development of young people. From the view of developing online games and guiding young people correctly deal with the negative impact of online games culture connotation, we are in need for such an effective evaluation tool which can provide with the basis of understanding of young people subject to cultural influences and cultural needs and give some information about a variety of online games whether are suitable for youth groups for young people and parents. In the research, the author give the definition of "online game culture", and then analyze and learn from the evaluation tool for the electronic games or online games at home and abroad. After this, the author design the online game evaluation tool. The author improve the evaluation tool by the feedback from gamers and experts. At last, we evaluate one online game by the tool.
