学校体育是我国学校教育的有机组成部分,学校体育教育的目的是为了促进学生身体健康,增强学生体质和体育意识,培养学生体育能力,为终身体育奠定基础。我国北方有较长的冰雪期,特别是哈尔滨市全年有四个月的结冰期,冰雪体育教学成为哈尔滨市中学体育教育的重要组成部分,它对于提高学生的身心素质和社会适应能力起着非常重要的作用。但是在寒冷的冬季体育课的教学也给每一位体育工作者提出了一个难题,如何在冰天雪地中锻炼学生的身体,增加学生户外活动时间,保证体育课的正常进行,有效地增强体质成为我们体育老师一个重要的课题。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对哈尔滨市十三所普通中学开设冰雪运动课程的现状进行研究分析。旨在通过研究为哈尔滨市各中学开设冰雪运动课、构建新的冰雪运动课程体系提供参考。调查结果表明,各中学冬季体育课开展状况不甚理想,学生对体育课的满意度不高;各中学都存在着体育场地器材严重短缺;冰雪运动项目不受领导及家长的重视;教学内容不能满足学生的需求;教学形式组织单一,体育教师个人业务水平不足等问题。建议各中学加大经费投入,加强场地建设;采用多样化教材,丰富学生的学习内容;组织形式上要进行大胆的创新,努力提高自身业务水平,因地制宜的搞好冬季体育课教学。
外文摘要:
As an integral part of school education in our country, chool physical euccation aims to boost students’ physical development, strengthen students’ physique, promote their awareness of phycial education, foster students’ sports abilities, and lay the foundation for their lifelong involvement in sports. Due to the relatively long winter period in the north and its four months’ frozen period in Harbin Cicy, the teaching of winter sports has been an important part of physical education at middle schools in Harbin for the purpose of improving students’ physical and mental quality as well as social adaptive capacity. However, teaching physical education in the cold winter challenges every sports teacher. The seemingly unsolvable questions, such as how to strengthen students’ health in spite of the cold weather, how to increase the time allotted to outdoord activities, how to guarantee the smooth running of the class by involving all students, and how to effective improve students’ physique, have become an important part of sports teachers’ research and investigation. With the employment of various research methods, such as literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper analyses the status quo of the teaching of winter sports at 13 middle schools in Harbin in order to provide useful suggestions to the establishment of winter sports classes and the construction of a new winter sports teaching system. The findings indicate that the winter physcial education classes are not yet to be improved with many problems, such as relatively low students’ satisfaction, shortage of sproting areas and facilities, insufficient attention on the part of school management and parents, unsatisfactory teaching contents, monotonous teaching methods, and lack of professional training for the teachers. Some coping tactics are suggested in the paper in order to improve the teaching. For example, middle schools should make more investment to construct sporting areas and facilities; teachers should adopt various text books to enrich the contents, innovate in teaching methods and improve personal professional development according to the regiona features.
