近年来，整形美容成为越来越普遍的现象。本研究通过在浙江宁波一家整形美容机构的参与式观察和对8位有整形美容经历的女性的深度访谈，试图对整形美容实践中结构和关系与身体主体之间的相互作用进行探究。调查发现，具有负面社会意涵身体类别和特征，整形美容机构中的空间安排与话语策略，以及嵌于求美者关系网络中的信任与认同是影响整形美容实践的三个外部因素；同时，求美者利弊权衡、肉身体验和身体规划也影响和塑造着她们自身的整形美容实践。研究得出结论：第一，整形美容实践既是结构和关系形塑求美者身体的过程，也是求美者权衡、规划和体验的过程。第二，求美者在“后台”弥补个人和社会理想身体之间差距的努力，使社会对于女性及其身体的期待得到了默认和维持；第三，求美者在身体规划上的个性化表达和创造空间仍然极其有限。她们在“自助手册”的引导下试图弥补现实和理想身体之间的差距，并在向社会审美靠近的过程中实现自我认同。

In recent years, plastic surgery has become an increasingly common phenomenon. This study attempted to explore the interaction among structure， relationship and body-subject in plastic surgery practice through participatory observation in a plastic surgery institution in Ningbo, Zhejiang province and in-depth interviews with 8 women who has experienced plastic surgery. It is found that the three external factors influencing plastic surgery practice were body types and characteristics with negative social connotations, spatial arrangement and discourse strategies in plastic surgery institutions, and trust and identity embedded in the relationship network of beauty seekers. At the same time, the trade-off between pros and cons, physical experience and body planning of beauty seekers also influence and shape their own plastic surgery practices. The conclusions are as follows: first, the practice of plastic surgery is not only a process of body shaping by structure and relationship, but also a process of weighing, planning and experiencing of beauty seekers. Secondly, the efforts of beauty seekers to bridge the gap between personal and social ideal bodies "behind the scenes" has maintained social and culture's expectation to the female and female body. Third, the space for individual expression and creation of beauty seekers in body planning is still extremely limited. Under the guidance of "self-help manual", they try to bridge the gap between reality and ideal body, and realize self-identity in the process of getting closer to social aesthetic.
