随着我国社会主义建设事业进入全新的历史时期，全面建成小康社会的宏伟蓝图将在近两年内变为现实，几代人翘首以盼的幸福生活正在离我们越来越近。 然而要达到全面建成小康社会的目的，农村特别是贫困农村的发展必不可少，因此，国家根据新时期农村扶贫工作面临的突出问题，创新的提出了精准扶贫的理论概念。近几年来，随着精准扶贫工作的不断推进，全国进入了低收入人口持续稳定脱贫的攻坚阶段。在这种大的扶贫背景下，拥有高学历、高文化和丰富知识的大学生村官群体的作用开始显现。特别是一些通过创业来实现精准扶贫的大学生村官，他们以创业带动就业，在实现自身价值的同时，也在持续不断地助力精准扶贫。 目前国内对于大学生村官的研究，主要集中在大学生村官政策产生的原因、大学生村官的工作现状、大学生村官对新农村建设的意义和解决大学生村官服务期满后的出路问题上，将创业型大学生村官与精准扶贫政策相结合的研究却仍然是个空白，因此本文充分把握时代脉搏、紧随时代潮流，以徐州市铜山区为例，通过该区四名大学生村官以创业助力精准扶贫的经典案例为突破口，深入分析创业型大学生村官在精准扶贫中的作用，并就如何优化创业型大学生村官精准扶贫路径提出相应的建议。 经过研究发现，大学生村官参与精准扶贫的路径有很多，如：在“精准识别”阶段，大学生村官们可以配合村干部做好贫困户的登记录入工作，对贫困户的致贫原因等做出具体的分析，为“精准帮扶”奠定良好的基础；也可以在“精准帮扶”环节中利用自己的所学所长，帮助贫困农户尽快找到一条符合当地实际、符合贫困户劳动力特点的脱贫之路。但在各种精准扶贫的路径中，通过大学生村官的创业助力精准扶贫的方式却是最直接、最能够体现大学生村官自身价值的方式。 本文中出现的四个典型案例，其中第一个和第二个是大学生村官成功通过创业实现精准扶贫的案例，后两个则是大学生村官创业失败的案例。通过前两个案例的分析，笔者得出了创业型大学生村官在精准扶贫中成功的主、客观因素，主要是团队创业分担风险、社会媒介的积极参与、强烈的创业意愿、充分的市场调研等。这些成功的创业经验的对未来创业型大学生村官参与精准扶贫具有十分重要的现实意义。后两个案例则是描述了大学村官在创业中遇到的一些挫折和教训，通过这些创业失败的案例，笔者认为大学生村官之所以创业失败，主要是由于农村创业环境较差、村民思想意识落后、政府保障不足等客观因素以及大学生村官们自身定位偏差、社会实践能力较差、缺乏后续创业资金等主观因素的共同作用。这对其他大学生村官们的创业起到了警示的作用。 总之，笔者希望通过创业型大学生村官在精准扶贫中的作用研究，探索出一条符合大学生村官身份定位、符合新农村建设需要和农村实际情况的精准扶贫之路。

With China's socialist construction enters a new historical period, the grand blueprint for building a well-off society in an all-round way will become reality in the next two years, and the happy life that generations are looking forward to is getting closer and closer to us. However, in order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the development of the countryside, especially the poor countryside, is indispensable. Therefore, according to the outstanding problems faced by the rural poverty alleviation work in the new period, the state has innovatively put forward the theoretical concept of precise poverty alleviation. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of precise poverty alleviation work, the whole country has entered a critical stage of sustained and stable poverty alleviation for low-income population. In this context of poverty alleviation, the role of college student village officials with high education, high culture and rich knowledge began to emerge. Especially some college students and village officials who achieve precise poverty alleviation through entrepreneurship, promote employment by entrepreneurship, while realizing their own value, are also continuously helping precise poverty alleviation. At present, the domestic research on university student village officials mainly focuses on the causes of the policy of university student village officials, the working status of university student village officials, the significance of university student village officials to the construction of new countryside and the solution to the problem of the way out after the expiration of university student village officials'service. The Research on the combination of entrepreneurial university student village officials and precise poverty alleviation policy is still a blank, so this paper fully grasps it. With the pulse of the times and the trend of the times, taking Tongshan District of Xuzhou City as an example, through the breakthrough of four university student village officials in this area, this paper deeply analyses the role of entrepreneurship college student village officials in precise poverty alleviation, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to optimize the precise poverty alleviation path of entrepreneurship college student village officials. Through the research, it is found that there are many ways for university student village officials to participate in precise poverty alleviation, such as: in the stage of "precise identification", university student village officials can cooperate with village cadres to do a good job of registration and entry of poor households, make a specific analysis of the causes of poverty of poor households, lay a good foundation for "precise assistance"; they can also make use of what they have learned in the link of "precise assistance". The Director will help poor peasant households find a way out of poverty as soon as possible, which is in line with the local reality and the characteristics of the labor force of poor households. However, among all kinds of precise poverty alleviation paths, the most direct way to reflect the value of University Village officials is to help the precise poverty alleviation through their entrepreneurship. There are four typical cases in this paper, the first and second of which are the successful cases of college student village officials to achieve precise poverty alleviation through entrepreneurship, and the last two are the failure cases of college student village officials to start their own businesses. Through the analysis of the first two cases, the author concludes that the subjective and objective factors for the success of entrepreneurship college student village officials in precise poverty alleviation are mainly team entrepreneurship, risk sharing, active participation of social media, strong entrepreneurial will, and adequate market research. These successful entrepreneurship experiences are of great practical significance for future entrepreneurship college students village officials to participate in precise poverty alleviation. The latter two cases describe some setbacks and lessons that university village officials encounter in their entrepreneurship. Through these cases, the author believes that the reasons why university village officials fail in their entrepreneurship are mainly due to objective factors such as poor entrepreneurship environment in rural areas, backward villagers'ideological awareness, insufficient government security, and the orientation deviation of University Village officials themselves, poor social practice ability, etc. Lack of follow-up venture capital and other subjective factors. This serves as a warning to other college student village officials for their entrepreneurship. In a word, the author hopes to explore a precise poverty alleviation road which is in line with the status orientation of college student village officials, the needs of new rural construction and the actual situation of the countryside through the research on the role of entrepreneurship college student village officials in precise poverty alleviation.
