随着高等教育普及与社会环境变化,读研成为越来越多学生的选择,保研也受到了更多关注。保研是学生与制度互动的过程,只有理解了学生的行动机制,才能更好地理解这一制度。对此,本研究提出两个问题:第一,亲历保研竞争的大学生如何理解保研制度,这种理解是如何形成的?第二,保研制度体现了怎样的制度逻辑? 对于第一个问题,研究发现,学生将保研制度理解为大学生活的指导纲要,依照制度要求安排学习与生活,但学生与制度之间是行随神离的,保研制度只是学生的工具,是学历崇拜与保研需求下的产物。这种制度理解是伴随着对研究生身份的渴望和激烈的学生间竞争形成的,研究生身份作为拉手,吸引学生为之奋斗,保研作为一种稳妥的获取研究生身份的方式得到学生推崇;同时,学生之间的竞争作为推手,迫使学生不断前进,为使大学学习与保研之路更加顺利,学生选择遵从保研制度要求,这一制度自然也成为了指导学生大学生活的纲领性文件。 对于第二个问题,研究发现,保研制度体现了专业、国家、人情三重逻辑。保研制度作为一种人才选拔制度,其基本逻辑是专业逻辑;由于保研制度与国家其他制度相互关联,这一制度的价值取向也被其他制度影响,国家逻辑在其中起着调配作用;除此之外,人情逻辑在保研场域的人与人互动中扮演着重要角色,深深嵌入保研过程中,也影响着学生对制度的理解。专业逻辑、国家逻辑、人情逻辑相互交织,共同对保研起着作用。 |

With the popularization of higher education and the change of social environment, postgraduate education has become the choice of more and more students, and exam-free recommendation in graduate enrollment has attracted more attention. Exam-free recommendation is a process of interaction between students and the system. Only by understanding the action mechanism of students can we understand the system better. Thus, this study raises two questions: First, how do college students who have experienced the exam-free recommendation competition understand the system, and how does this understanding come into being? Second, what kind of institutional logic does the system embody? As for the first question, it is found that college students perceive the exam-free recommendation system as a guideline for college life, and arrange their study and life according to the requirements of it. However, students’ action and understanding of the system are separate. Exam-free recommendation system is students’ instrument, and it’s a product of the worship of academic qualifications and the demand for postgraduate. This understanding of the system is formed along with the desire for postgraduate status and the fierce competition among students. Postgraduate status act as a handle to attract students to struggle for it, and recommendation is highly regarded as a secure way to obtain postgraduate status. At the same time, the competition among students acts as a driving force, forcing students to keep moving forward. In order to make their college study and life more smooth, students choose to comply with the requirements of the system, and the system becomes the guiding document of students’ college life. As for the second question, the research finds that the system reflects the triple logic of profession, nation and human. As a kind of talent selection system, recommendation system’s basic logic is professional logic. The value orientation of the system is also affected by other systems because of the correlation between other national systems and it, and the national logic plays a role. In addition, human logic plays an important role in the interpersonal interaction in the field of recommendation, which is deeply embedded in the process of recommendation and also affects students’ understanding of the system. Professional logic, national logic and human logic interweave with each other and play a combined role in the process. |
