当今时代信息技术高速发展,远程办公作为一种新的工作方式成为许多企业和组织的选择。COVID-19更是成为了远程办公方式的推动器。员工无需花费更多的时间用于通勤,摆脱了时间和空间的限制,但是在远程办公模式下出现了新的问题和挑战,其中最重要的问题之一是员工难以平衡工作和家庭,这会对员工的工作效率和工作质量带来负面影响。因此,如何改进远程办公软件的设计,帮助用户平衡家庭和工作,进而提升员工的工作效率和生活质量是本研究希望解决的问题。 本研究在综述远程办公和工作-家庭平衡的相关研究成果的基础上对10名用户进行了深度访谈,并在此基础上收集了222份问卷调查数据。根据访谈编码结果和问卷数据分析结果得出用户画像,提炼了用户需求,进而对远程办公软件进行设计改进,同时对改进后的软件进行了可用性测试。 在访谈过程中了解到了远程办公者的办公偏好和界面设计偏好,同时发现工作临场感不足、工作对家庭的越界、工作效率失衡是影响工作-家庭不平衡的主要因素。在问卷调研中发现,远程办公期间的工作-家庭平衡问题主要表现为工作时间无法控制、沟通效率低、缺乏社会支持等方面。此外,APP的设计和功能也会对远程办公的工作-家庭平衡产生重要影响,其中包括消息提示单一、会议预约过程繁琐、信息传输效率低、目标功能搜索困难等。 根据上述发现,本研究为解决工作-家庭不平衡问题,对远程办公APP提出了多项设计优化建议,包括分级功能、专注模式、高级信息发送、状态显示、线上办公室、智能会议预约和全局搜索功能等。这些优化方案旨在提高用户在远程办公过程中的工作效率和生活质量,为远程办公者提供更加方便和高效的办公软件。 最后,本研究通过可用性测试验证了所提出的设计优化建议的可用性和工作-家庭平衡效能,测试结果表明本研究所设计的产品可用性和工作-家庭平衡方面优于市面上某远程办公软件,证明了本研究所提出设计功能的可行性和有效性。 |

With the rapid development of information technology in today's era, telecommuting as a new way of working has become the choice of many companies and organizations, and COVID-19 has become the driving force behind the telecommuting method. Employees do not have to spend more time on commuting and free from time and space constraints, but new problems and challenges have emerged in the telecommuting mode, one of the most important problems is the difficulty for employees to work-family balance, which can negatively affect their productivity and work quality. Therefore, how to improve the design of telecommuting software to help users balance family and work, and thus improve employees' work efficiency and quality of life is the problem this research hopes to solve. This research improves the performance of telecommuting software in promoting work-family balance by optimizing its design and functions. This study investigates the contents related to telecommuting and work-family balance through literature research method, which is further followed by user research method by conducting in-depth interviews with 10 users and collecting 222 questionnaire data. Based on the results of interview coding and questionnaire data analysis, the telecommuting software is designed and improved, and the improved software is tested for usability. The office preferences and interface design preferences of telecommuters were learned during the interview process, and it was also found that the lack of work presence, work-family boundary crossing, and work efficiency imbalance were the main factors affecting work-family imbalance. In the questionnaire research, it was found that the work-family balance problems during telecommuting were mainly in the areas of uncontrollable working hours, low communication efficiency, and lack of social support. In addition, the design and functions of the APP also have an important impact on work-family balance during telecommuting, which include single message alert, tedious meeting reservation process, low information transmission efficiency, and difficulty in searching target functions. Based the above findings, this research proposes several design optimizations for telecommuting APPs to solve the work-family imbalance problem, including hierarchical functions, focus mode, advanced message sending, status display, online office, smart meeting appointment and global search function. These optimization proposals aim to improve users' work efficiency and quality of life during telecommuting and provide telecommuters with more convenient and efficient office software. Finally, this research verifies the usability and work-family balance effectiveness of the proposed design optimization suggestions through usability testing, which shows that the product designed in this research is superior to a telecommuting software in the market in terms of usability and work-family balance, proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the design features proposed in this research. |
