在当今大学英语教育改革浪潮的此起彼伏中，高校非英语专业本科生的英语教学与学习成为备受关注的话题。本研究通过对六所中华人民共和国教育部直属的高等院校(北京大学，清华大学，人民大学，北京师范大学，北京航空航天大学，北京理工大学)的非英语专业本科生的问卷调查与访谈，分析总结出了其所在高校的英语教学现状及学生的英语学习现状。同时，本研究在立足于实践的基础上，以理论为依据，对当今高校非英语专业本科生的英语教学及学生学习中所存在的问题提出了一些建议：一是公共英语必修课课程体系的“分流式，，改革的建议；二是非英语专业本科生“个人英语学习档案袋，，建立的建议；笔者希望通过本调查研究为高校英语教学改革及学生的学习提供有价值的启示与参考。

In today's college English education reform waves come and go. College non-English majors in English education has become a topic of much concern.
